Our Guarantee

Love The Pearls stands behind everything we produce for authenticity and quality. We will repair your jewelry at no cost to you.  Our return policy is for items bought one year from purchase date with manufacturing issues such as broken clasps, etc. We do not allow returns for refunds.

To ensure your return is processed properly, please:

  • Email Customer Service at taylor.grant@lovethepearls.com for a return authorization
  • Mail ALL COMPONENTS of your item to be repaired since our designs change over time
  • Include your sales receipt
  • Put your name, address and phone number in your repaired item so it can be returned to you
